Steps
- Identify Capabilities - customisation of the HERM Business Capability Model
- Rate how well does each capability supports the strategic aims of the University
- Identify what is needed to uplift (improve or mature) strategically important capabilities
- Prioritise these as proposed projects
- Create Roadmap - a multi-year work programme of the agreed projects
- Maintain the Landscape, against the agreed work programme
