DATA INCIDENT PROCEDURE

In case of a UCD data incident, i.e. data breach or suspected data breach contact gdpr@ucd.ie immediately. If the incident involves UCD personal data, the UCD Office of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) will advise on measures to be taken and will act as liaison between UCD and the Office of the Data Protection Commission (DPC).
